Exchanges & Order Issues

Requests for exchanges, damaged items, or order errors must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

If we send the wrong item or size, we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

If you order the wrong size or the item does not fit, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund. You will need to keep the item and place a new order.

Please review the size chart before checking out, as fit-related issues are not eligible for exchange or refund.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Items reported as damaged or incorrect must be unworn and reported within 3 business days of delivery to be eligible for review.

 

Exceptions (Limited & Discretionary)

In rare cases, exceptions may be approved at the discretion of our leadership team. If approved:

Refunds will be issued as store credit (Hope and a Future E-Gift Code) or, in some cases, back to the original payment method.

Credits are processed within 7–10 business days after the item is received.

Approval depends on inventory, shipping timelines, and availability of limited or exclusive items.

Worn items are not eligible.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

If an item becomes unavailable or your order is altered by Hope and a Future:

You will be notified by email.

A refund will be issued via the original payment method or an E-Gift Code. (Customer's Preference)

 

Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.

Only one discount code may be used per order.
