What are your shipping details?

Orders are fulfilled within 72-96 hours and typically arrive in 10 to 14 business days. Shipping rates are flat for domestic orders. We aren't responsible for lost or stolen items; please contact the carrier in those cases. During sales, processing times may be longer, and customer service responses can take up to 5 business days.

Returns/Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
No, we do not accept returns.

Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are only available if we sent you the wrong item or if your item arrived damaged. Requests must be made within 3 business days of delivery.

What if my item doesn’t fit?
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for fit issues. Please check the size chart before ordering. If the item doesn’t fit, you’ll need to keep it and place a new order.

What if I received the wrong item or a damaged item?
If the error was ours, we’ll send you the correct item at no additional cost. Contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Items must be unworn.

Are there any exceptions?
In rare cases, exceptions may be approved at our discretion. Approved exceptions may be refunded as store credit or to the original payment method.

How long do credits take to process?
Approved credits are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the item.

Can I use a discount code after placing my order?
No. Discount codes cannot be added after checkout, and only one code may be used per order.
